5. Papaya Sky may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors, including but not limited to the inaccuracies relating to pricing or availability applicable to your transaction. Papaya Sky shall not assume responsibility or liability for any such inaccuracies, errors or omissions, and shall have no obligation to honor reservations or information affected by such inaccuracies. Papaya Sky reserve the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations and/or improvements to Papaya Sky, Inc. information, and programs described in such information, at any time without notice, including after confirmation of a transaction.
6. Papaya Sky does not endorse the over consumption of alcoholic beverages. The client assumes all liability for themselves and their event guests if any form of negligence arises from the consumption of alcohol. Should the customer and/or his or her event guest(s) become ill and/or injured while under the influence of alcohol, the client and/or his or her guests(s) assume all responsibility for any financial expenses including but not limited to medical bills, vehicle repairs, and all other damaged personal property. Papaya Sky will not serve alcoholic beverages to individuals under the age of 21 or to individuals whom have become overly intoxicated; however, the client is responsible for monitoring the consumption of alcoholic beverages by guests who are considered minors in the state of California. Papaya Sky representatives will inspect all property upon conclusion of events and if property of Papaya Sky is damaged or broken, the customer assumes all financial responsibility to replace damaged or broken property.
The client waives all legal rights to pursue any form of legal action against Papaya Sky and its representatives for the reasons stated herein and against all claims, losses or damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and costs (including attorney's fees).
